Responsibilities and Experience:
Erin Gowdy is responsible for underwriting all acquisitions, dispositions, and debt and equity structures. In addition, Erin assists in monitoring all of RMA's existing investments and in reporting on those investments to RMA's fund investors and private accounts. As part of her responsibilities, Erin maintains financial models, asset allocation reports, investment summaries and investment status reports for all RMA's investments. In addition, Erin assists the management team in researching national and regional trends in real estate.

Erin has over 6 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining RMA, Erin worked as a senior financial analyst at Nordblom Company/Nordic Properties. Nordblom is an owner, developer and manager of commercial and multi-family properties throughout New England.

Erin has a B.S. from Suffolk University.
