Responsibilities and Experience:
Kristin Gowdy is responsible for underwriting acquisitions, dispositions, and debt and equity structures. Kristin assists in conducting due diligence on RMA investments. As part of her responsibilities, Kristin maintains financial models, asset allocation reports, investment summaries and investment status reports for RMA’s investments. Kristin also assists the management team in researching national and regional trends in real estate.

Kristin has over 11 years of experience in financial analysis, with over 4 years related directly to commercial real estate. Prior to joining RMA, Kristin worked as an Acquisitions Associate at McMorgan & Company LLC and a Senior Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst at Urdang Capital Management. She is experienced in the valuation, due diligence and acquisition of assets on behalf of institutional investors, and has closed over $200 million in transactions.

Kristin is a member of the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Group and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) – San Francisco Chapter.

Education:
Kristin holds a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an M.B.A. from Boston College.
